Document Sign is built for a simple workflow: upload a PDF, send it for signature, and receive the completed signed document by email.

The app states that it will not keep a copy of your document after the signing process is complete. The completed signed document is sent to the requestor by email.

Do not upload documents that you are not authorized to send or sign. For sensitive legal, financial, medical, or regulated documents, review your own compliance requirements before using any online signing tool.
